I am really interested in testing video games but I can't help but think some of the sites you posted are scam free. I'm just a bit skeptical, I don't want to hand over $40-$50 if I'm not totally sure what I'm getting myself into. I guess I just need some reassurance to make sure that I'm not being robbed or cheated.

When I say 100% scam free i mean it. These companies are leagally bound by the financial institution that handles the transactions. You will have 60 days to try their system and if you are not happy with the job you are in, you can get a no questions asked refund from the company you choose to signup with. I will even personally make sure you get your money back.I am in good with each company and know a few of the higher ups that own them. You will get a job and if you don't think it is what you wanted then get your money back,no harm no foul. Hope this helps you in your decision.

I would look for open beta testing spots for new releases online. If you get a little experience under your belt apply for a local game testing job if it is available .That is about the only solution i can think of for your situation.
